Shown here is a new housing development located on the Riverside in Cardiff which I was tasked to do for my first year project. The brief entailed to design brand new 15-16 new eco-friendly houses. The main element of these houses are the walls which are made out of straw bails and this can be seen in the detail below, this was my way of making the homes eco-friendly which hits the brief. Floor plans, roof plans, detailed drawing, elevations and renders were set up for my final presentation.
