New replacement secondary school for Neath Port Talbot CBC has a target project value of £29m with 9,145m2 of accommodation over 2 floors. The schools to be developed on the school grounds with the new fields being located on the site of the demolished secondary school under the last phase. 

The dining area is set in a double height atrium with community facilities such as halls and sports facilities located alongside the main community entrance. The overall facility will be BREEAM Excellent and secure by design accredited. 

My roll during this project was to set up drawing sheets, such as floors plans, ceiling plans, fire strategy, schedules.
