Abbey Primary School Is located in Neath Port Talbot which has had a £9million approval. The school will cater for 520 pupils in Neath Abbey and will include a grass rugby pitch, a mixed-use games area, plus soft and hard play areas.It will be built on the site of the former Dwr y Felin Lower Comprehensive School and will replace the current Abbey Primary School which will continue on its three separate sites while construction goes on. During my time at Powell Dobson this was the project I was mostly involved in, it was me and another colleague that took on board the task of developing this project during each construction stage. My roll on this project was to set up floor plans in Revit, set up construction sheets such as floor plans, ceiling plans, fire strategy, schedules. Also, taking on board by going to meetings regarding the project.
